I have renewed my contract with virgin in May I have a co tract clearly stating £33 a konth they have tried to take £53, I have rang and messaged 5 time and been told diffrent amounts, diffrent reasons and noone is understanding that my contract states £33. Where do I stand with this and am I able to terminate my conract due to virgin breaching my contractual agreement! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

The process is a formal complaint to VM first of all (a required first step but unlikely to result in any useful outcome)

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints

then escalation to the ombudsman as per process below

Multi-posting your issue across many topics may actually work to your disadvantage. You would probably do best to stick to this one topic of your own.

You mention Resolver in one of your multi-posts but, AFAIK, VM does not deal with Resolver complaints any more and the VM contact info showing on the Resolver site is long out of date.

You should get a reply here from the VM forum team (usually within a few days) and useful help is more likely to come from that route than other VM channels.

Hi Jeanette1988,

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your contract looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!
Let's go into a PM so we can take a closer look at your contract price and get a complaint raised.

Speak to you soon!
