what on earth is wrong with virgin media? For three weeks EVERY DAY I have had the same stupid phone call stating they want to check my service is as good as it could be. I have complained constantly and am constantly told I will receive no more calls yet daily it continues. Do they intend to phone until I agree to upgrade something.??? The only thing that is going to happen as a result of this is that I am now looking for an alternative supplier - I’ve simply had enough. Oh and yes - IT IS VIRGINMEDIA phoning me. Waste of space!!!

If only it were that simple - have blocked 6 different numbers so far - they just ring using a new number. It’s just unbelievable what they’re doing.

Is them. I have phoned back on the same number and account has been confirmed. It’s also the number they give out for you to phone them. Just constant harassment from them. Don’t wish to sound a baby but I am quite ill and disabled and can’t really handle this as I’ve told them time and again. But here we are still getting the constant phone calls

???? Why should I ? As mentioned previously I am disabled - my only contact with the outside world is my mobile phone. Is that seriously advice that you think I should take?? I pay these clowns money each month and they won’t simply accept my request to not be constantly harassed by them? I really hope that neither you or anyone you know has this happen to them in the future but can assure you that if it does you would realise your suggestion is not helpful

I've had 3 VF Arrests - every morning I wake up is a bonus.
Why should I ? ... because your behaviour is a major part of the situation.
I have the same issue with my 80+ year old father in law, he is of the generation that must answer the phone, yet daily he gets multiple scams / bank fraud attempts and they keep calling and calling because he will not stop answering the phone and speaking in many cases to robotic telephone systems or an off shore scammer.
He is >= 90% of the problem, but like you has chosen not to grasp that.
