Dissapointed costs

Very dissapointed. By in very loyal Virgin customer. My contract has expired. And after phoning today discuss a renewal. I was offered a deal. I advised I had a meeting to go to and would call back later to finalise. When phone back through I was told this is off the table. And was made to feel very guilty when I said I was leaving. I've had to cancel my contract and go with a sub par provider. What makes it worse is a new customer would get a better deal than a loyal customer. You would of thought they would look after their customers in such a difficult time.

Please can someone help as I normally get such great support when renewal.is In progress.

Very sad loyal customer. Alex

Yep join the great exodus of long term customers this year. If you want to get a great new customer price, come back after 3 months minimum or wait longer for best deal and some package deals might have gifts like TVs or £200 bill credit.

Alternatively, cancel and take out new deal in a partner's name if you can, but schedule install after termination of current service. Quidco and topcashback deals would apply to that scenario too.

+1 for above @unisoft  I got a great deal after 3 months when I left the last time. More than twice the speed at less than half the previous cost.
