Disconnected email

My email says my user name is disconnected. I've tried to reconnect using my current password and it says unsuccessful user name or password incorrect, I've tried three times but can't connect, what do I do ? It seems virgin always have problems with passwords!

    Can we please ask if you are viewing the emails over webmail/online account or though a 3rd party platform like outlook etc?

      I've logged into my virgin media and selected my emails but can't get connected.

        Can we confirm is this on all browsers where this is happening?

        Also has any cookies and cache been cleared?
