My email says my user name is disconnected. I've tried to reconnect using my current password and it says unsuccessful user name or password incorrect, I've tried three times but can't connect, what do I do ? It seems virgin always have problems with passwords!

Can we please ask if you are viewing the emails over webmail/online account or though a 3rd party platform like outlook etc?
