Didn't receive booster pods, so can't return them at the end of my contract

I ordered a booster pod in November 2023 that Yodel calimed got delivered to my neighbours. However, when I went to collect, my neighbours said they didn't receive anything. A week later, Virgin sent out another one which Yodel claimed got delivered to a house that's not even on my street. I went to the address, and they said that they haven't receive a Virgin parcel either. I left the issue at that. However, now I've ended my contract I have to return my kit. I have the Hub to send back, but Virgin want the two pods which I don't own- or I pay £35 each. As this is through no fault of my own, is there anything I can do about this?
