Delivery 3rd Dec???

Same issue as everyone else but i'm now seeing on reddit and in forums etc that people who ordered after me (ordered monday 2nd, mine was supposed to arrive 3rd) are now receiving their orders. When I click the link in the text from vodaphone on 3rd to view my order it now takes me to a blank page. Is mine actually coming? Does my order exist? I do have a tracking number from yodel but I had a different order from yodel arrive yesterday and when using the tracking number it says my order is with VM.

Not sure what to do..? Can a rep respond please?

      It just says they're expecting the parcel from vm?

      If people who order now are actually getting their parcels on time, is it best to cancel my order and order again?

        No, because you’ll be hit with 2 hard credit searches.

    the online systems will just present a blank page after the expected delivery date/time has passed. Then in middle of night, you'll get an email from Yodel saying they will be delivering that day. SO if you planned anything, you have no notice to drop it and stay in to take delivery.

    Orders for Dec 2/3/4/5/6 are on the move from warehouse, some already received and everyone affected should be OK by Dec 24th, but it will also depend whether Yodel themselves have delays in certain areas due to volume of deliveries.

        This is why I'm contemplating reordering. Have you been waiting longer than this? I had an email 45mins ago saying "we noticed you haven't activated your kit yet, do you need any help with it?" 

        Yeah, i need it sending 🙃

    Yep, that’s Hub3. They’re the ones that seem to be being sent currently so I’d probably wait and see.

      hub5's are also being sent out for GIG1 orders too. Cancelling and re-ordering would result in 2 hard searches. Customer Services often say they cant cancel until delivery of kit (when 14 day cool off begins).

      Its a little concern that VM's system is now thinking you have kit and asking if you need help. Normally it would just blank the orders for kit out and not show much detail in the myVM app or the online VM web site (until kit actually delivered). I think the forum staff may have to intervene to look at your account or you could ring customer services. Personally, I would await the forum staff to try and avoid made up answers 🙂 AFAIK, orders for December 3rd and before should be fulfilled now. VM will want to process as many as they can, because it costs them £6.10 per day compensation after the missed date under automatic compensation scheme.
