Hi
I hope someone can help me or even point me in the right direction.
I left VM in January 2020 after being a customer for over 3 years. Account settled with a final payment for £23 paid as discussed with the VM team. In the final process of buying a house and apparently I’m in Default with Experian (didn’t show in check my file) after VM tried to take another £23 6 months after the account was closed.
Mortgage Rejected and can’t get talking to anyone to try a find a solution on how to get this removed as it is no fault of my own.
Does anyone have an email or phone number to speak to someone who can actually deal with this??

The usual point of contact in this scenario is creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk
Send them details of which entry on your credit file is allegedly inacccurate, and details of why you believe it so. If there is no default showing on your file, but a lender claims there is, I'd be querying with them for details of what they're seeing.
I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more

Hi SeanaBoyle,
Thanks for posting and sorry to hear there's some confusion with the final payments on the account.
So I can take a closer look I've popped you over a private message, to get a few more details from you.
