Credit Report dispute and defaulted

  •  I was a former customer of virgin media at [REMOVED]. It was a rude shock and a great disappointment to have discovered that Virgin Media filed a negative report against my credit score without my knowledge or notification. I have never for once defaulted on my monthly payment of £28 to Virgin Media whilst I was with them (which is in your record). l had always been a faithful customer who have never missed his monthly payments with Virgin Media.

From the onset, I was over charged an amount of £65 from virgin media which the customer and the manager admitted to. It was a rude shock to me to have received a message from my mortgage advisor that l owe £51.39. Myself and Virgin Media had been having unresolved misunderstanding and arguments.

I have so many things to say and write about but my precious time would not allow me. YESTERDAY, 18TH AUGUST 2023, I PAID THE £51.39, AND THE EVIDENCE OF PAYMENT IS ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL FOR YOUR VERIFICATION.

As a result of the preceeding, I EARNESTLY IMPLORE YOU TO PROMPTLY HELP US AND REMOVE THE "DEFAULT" YOU PLACED ON MY CREDIT SCORE.

I am looking forward to hearing

Hello,
Why sending me rubbish  and foolish write up,  you wicked souls.
It is a regret of my life for being your customer in the past. I saw bad reviews and how  you have dealt with your customers claiming you are rendering service to them, l made a mistake for not  reading customers reviews about VIRGIN MEDIA  before  getting your WiFi box but l will make sure l tell the whole  World and  generations to come about your useless company.
In your history you will never forget me, have l ever missed my monthly bills ? Also why did you charged  me £29.55 the following month that followed the £92.75. Also why giving medicine after death, you have done your worse why foolish explanation.
If you are not cunning why not lecture and explain to customers onset, why is it that when they are leaving your company to another best company that when you bring out the wickedness in you.
Why is amount not stated in your contract and why not state all this in your contract.
Is because you have been enjoying my monthly payment and you decide to hide the information under the carpets. You are CROOKS.
What goes around comes around. Satisfied default is  blessings in disguise . How  can customers  be feeding your staffs monthly with their payments but all you do is to go at their back and stabbed customers and leave them with forever scar ,what joy does it  give you by cutting the fingers that has once fed you.
You said you made numerous calls,l never disagree but  were are both having arguments in our past conversation, the matters was not resolve, so why now the explanation after you have done your worse that you think is the best you know how to do by using powers. Why can't you face customers ,why going to reports to credits agencies, shameless people. Why didn't report to credit agencies when your customers were feeding you will bill payment monthly, then it was sweet and you are enjoying it.

Why sending

I was a former customer of virgin media . It was a rude shock and a great disappointment to have discovered that Virgin Media filed a negative report against my credit score without my knowledge or notification. I have never for once defaulted on my monthly payment of £26to Virgin Media whilst I was with them (which is in your record). l had always been a faithful customer who have never missed his monthly payments with Virgin Media.i went for holidays for 6 weeks (my contract with virgin was finished and I told them earlier that I don’t want to stay with them anymore) when I come back home they made £102 against my account I checked my credit report as usual and found default on my report. I told them and paid £102 but still they didn’t change anything. Can someone tell me how i can sort it out?
