Hi clarmrrsn thanks for your reply here, we're sorry that this is ongoing for you.
So any Volt contract has the O2 cost as a separate contract, we do not cover the cost of this as such so we wouldn't be able to honour this sadly but we'll do our best to look at what's been said and come to an arrangement.
