I need to speak with someone helpful as my contract is due to end but I am moving home before and don’t wish to take with us or continue with Virgin once contract ends.
I just want to sort out the details about how to not renew and sending boxes back etc but chat bot won’t put me through to a real person and I remember previously being able to speak with someone via WhatsApp messaging, is this possible still?

To cancel the service due to moving home you would either need to call the team on 150/ 0345 454 1111, option for media, option 4, 0ption 3. Or you can do this online here
