Hi,
I've just moved to Sky, but besides a couple of emails from Virgin saying they are sorry I am leaving, I have had no confirmation from them about my cancellation date. Can someone from the forum team please assist me?

Yes, the move was sorted via Sky, but I thought I would have had something from Virgin.

Not sure, the OTS is supposed to be "hands off" but as it's in it's infancy who knows? Hopefully a VM Mod will pick this up and let you know for sure. Also please report back when it's all done, so others can get the information.

Just this minute I have received an email from Virgin about sending my equipment back to them, so it should be OK now.
