I would like to leave a compliment for the agent I spoke with today in regards to my billing issue.  Orven took his time to listen to my issue and work with me to ensure that we could get this resolved in a manner that helped me and also ensured the issue will be rectified at the next possible opportunity.  I can't thank him enough for his patience and understanding and the whole call was pleasant and at no point was I anxious or felt like I was being judged.  He is an asset to your company.
