Hello,
Out phone line is currently down - that will be fixed by moving us off copper and onto VOIP, that's in hand, BUT...
...we had an engineer booked to attend on 25 June 2024 between 8am and noon. We were told someone had to be at home. So we waited. No engineer showed up.
Could you confirm that this engineer no-show is logged on our account and that £30.49 compensation will be credited to our next bill?

I'm sorry to hear that the engineer did not turn up for your visit. It's possible that the landline fault was part of an outage and as such, your appointment would have been cancelled. However I can of course look into this for you and see what's happened.
