Since upgrading my package around 7 months ago Virgin have failed every month to get my bill right.

They credit me £10 then next month charge me for it all over again

Totally fed up with speaking to the call centre staff, either incompetent or liars.

Will approaching the ombudsman be worthwhile

Can you elaborate on what has happened in regards to the package and cost? What have the team advised in regards to discrepancies around the amount billed and what was agreed? Is it a promotional discount that is missing/expired?


 You can view your package and cost here, you will also receive a bill each month. The bill will include any promotional discounts currently on the account, they're value and the date they're due to expire outlining the package cost after they end. These can be viewed here.
