I joined virgin on 17th October 2024 and cancelled 23rd October 2024. I had 2 outages in a 5 day period. Anyway, I was told that I wouldn’t be charged an early disconnection fee, but received my bill today and it’s showing that I’m due £800?
i am going to have to wait until Monday, but has this happened to anyone else and did it get resolved?
I would appreciate it if someone at virgin media could get in contact to urgently assist!
