When I changed tariff in December 2023, reducing my services to save money, I received an email telling me that the package changes would result in a credit of £88. Instead, when the bill arrived the package changes were a credit of £38. I've been charged £50 more than I was promised. The "view my bill" provides no information about how the package credits have been calculated.
How do I get what I was promised?
