Hi.

My Volt contract (1G Broadband,TV360,additional Minibox,landline etc) ran out in Feb , Ive been paying £86 for 2 years ,it's now gone up to £93 per month until august which I accept,however I rang VM to look at renewing my services ,I've been quoted £159.99 per month ,which is just hilarious ,I have now cancelled my services from 27th May 2024, why is it so expensive to be a loyal customer?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the team you've had in relation to the renewal offers.
It does look as if you've not had any offers given with a discount offer.

Although we can't do renewals on the forums - I will look in to this for you and see if the correct information has been give.
