In December I decided to change my broadband to Vodafone but then for various reasons changed my mind, and cancelled (as I thought) my cancellation of Virgin broadband. Today I have received an email from Virgin which seems to indicate that they are going ahead with the shutdown. Virgin doesn't like hearing from its customers so there may need to be a struggle.
