If you subscribe to Viaplay through your VM account, then it's VM you need to speak to - not Viaplay, assuming that's who you called.
Viaplay channels are just like any other premium channel on VM, they require 30days notice to cancel - so if you've given notice today, they would be removed (and charges stop) on or around Jan 3rd.
