Cancel movies

Hi all have tried to cancel my movies three time now, every time they tell me that movies are part of my package but I know that it's a add on and I am not under contract been with virgin for over 12 years. Made two complaints but definitely no joy still have movies my last complaint they said I can cancel my movies but need 30 days notice the six days later they emailed me I new contact that I never asked for and movies was on the new contract definitely not having a new contact Is been a total mess they just can't talk to each department we are definitely thinking of changing see if anyone else has better customer service experience.
