Cancel and my partner join as new customer

my contract is coming to an end and since virgin have zero interest in giving me better deal after 20 years plus with them .

I am rarely at home anyway with work but if my partner wants virgin services and pays for it herself, can she get the new customer deals

That is a good deal, they did something similar on one of our ‘cancel and reapply’ years. 

if you’re not bothered about the SIM, you can call VM and cancel it, they deactivated it with O2 and we didn’t pay the £25 to them anymore. 👍

Let me see if I have this right.I have just cancelled my Mega Volt package (my contract has expired),I have given 1 months notice.If I understand correctly my Wife can now take out a package at our address in her name as new customer from 1 day after my current services are disconnected

That's the way I understood it, but I never had to in the end, as long as you have got marketing calls turned on, they will call and offer a good deal before the 30 days is up.
