Hello I am in same situation. I wanted to activate it for November then cancel. I tried to untick the add on. No joy and cannot find how to cancel. If I had know this I would have gone with another tnt option away from virgin. I then had tech issues in this app while trying to locate the way to do it. I therefore have paid into a second month and likely going into a third month for something I have not used or want now. Please advise how I can end this subscription.
