Can’t find hub 4

I’ve seen several posts on this but nothing has helped. 
I’m on the internet but I’ve had a pod delivered and it won’t work either. 
my VM connect app will not find my hub. I’ve reset the hub, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried it off the iPad so that my phone signal wasn’t trying to connect. Unfortunately the pod is doing the same. And even turning the internet off at points. I wanted to try to speak to technical support but I can’t find that option either.

Sorry to hear that your connect app cannot currently find your hub and that you cannot use your pod.  And sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.  Did you call our activations team on: 0800 953 9500?  As you've reached out to us, I would like to take a look on your behalf.  I am going to send you a private message.
