Hello,
I have been trying to access old email addresses from my Virgin Media. They are old Blueyonder ones from before Virgin Media bought them. This was used to create the account and should be the main account email address but it doesn't seem to be so.
I cannot access my bills from the only email address I know.
I tried recovering it by entering my account number, area number and D.O.B but it simply says the account wasn't found with those details.
Can someone from VM help please? I've been unable to access billing for years and was overcharged before and I'm being overcharged again.
