The outside brown cable box is completely broken and has come off.
It was never upgraded when I joined Virgin earlier in the year and is an old Cable & Wireless box cover. Now all the internal wires and connectors are exposed to the elements. I'm concerned it's affecting the service.
How do I go about arranging for a new box to be fitted please?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
