Hi all,
I recently accepted a Black Friday offer to receive upgraded HD to my sky sports package for 18 Months (I'm currently 3 months Into an 18 month package).
I received an email at the time, showing the upgrade along with the other items kept in my package, including Netflix standard.
Today I have received an email and upgraded contract, showing the HD element, but also stating that they have removed the Standard Netflix, and replaced it with Netflix standard with ads.
Have I missed something when taking the Black Friday offer, or are Virgin doing as they please to push Netflix with ads?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. With your package as Netflix have changed their tiers the collaboration that we have with them has altered with which Netflix Is now Included In your Virgin Media package, this falls under Section B paragraph 2 of the T&C's.
Should you wish to upgrade your Netflix to standard without ads, we would need to discuss this via private message. Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.
