I’ve cancelled my previous subscription of £88 per month a few weeks before the contract ended and opted for Internet only at £33 per month. Direct debit has been set up for this amount. There is now a sum of £97 outstanding on my account in the app. Have called twice and been told this will ‘disappear’ but a week on it hasn’t!
