Billing Address

Just a quick one if anyone can help.
I’ve moved out of the martial home and I’m responsible for paying the virgin media bill.
My mum already has vm and so taking the package with me is pointless and there’s 11 months on the contract meaning a hefty termination fee if I cancel.

So my question is if I’m able to amend my address to my new one (like a billing address) but keep paying the package till the contract expires. I have three sons so happy for them to get the use out of it rather than just terminating it.

Hi john1878,

Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

We can add a new billing address for you on your new account and keep this active, that's no problem. If any current/new occupants of your previous home are looking to get services with us, there's a possibility that your account would be cancelled and early disconnection fees would then apply. However as your sons would presumably be staying at the property based on your post, we assume that a new order wouldn't be made at this address.

I've popped you a message so I can take your details and update your billing address for you 😊
