Bill is wrong
Hey all, when I signed up for VM BB I was sold a package that was free for the first three months. I’ve had a look at my account and emails and can see I received a contract which stated this, but then for some reason a few weeks later I received another contract which had this line removed so I’m now being charged full price. I can’t get in touch with anyone over the phone as it just sends me a link on text with my bill, and the online chat is just saying transfer to agent for about an hour and a half. Anyone advise on how I can get in touch with VM online or on phone to discuss this properly?
