been trying to cancel virgin services for some weeks. Got a bill for £19.26 which I paid over the phone as it proved impossible via the website. Got a red bill this morning for same amount. The amount was cleared from my bank account on 25 October. After going round in circles with an automated message, I finally got through to a human being, who told me that my account was now clear and deactivated. Imagine my surprise when an hour later I get an email with the same bill attached ‘as requested’ which I most certainly did not. Can you please pass this on now as an official complaint as I am tired of being harassed for money I do not owe. Thank you.
