Disappointed to receive notification of price increase from April. I agreed an 18 month new agreement last December now VM are telling me the monthly charge is going up.
I suspect if you read the small print you will see the April RPI increase mentioned. It’s a standard thing they have been doing for years, along with most other ISPs.
