Area reference missing

My broadband has now been installed and active. I have my precontract information and account number. 
however i do not have a area reference number. 
where to find it?

Sorry to hear of the issue with your account information and that you're missing the area code, we'd love to best help with this.

If you have an account number from us, probably the first two digits are your area code, you can register online here for an account with VM if you haven't done this already and see if this works.

Also, when we've sent our email confirmation about your account with us and your contract copy (before your install/when you signed up for our services) did any of these mention the area code on there?

Thank you for your reply. The account number starts with 82 and the precontract information neither mention the area code or the account number. However, i have found the confirmation email that has it. Thank you!
