Adult ppv charge for just entering my pin

I am gutted, last night I put in my pin to view adult preview,  without warning it let me into the ppv, I switched it off hoping it would re set, it never.

I have just been an idiot again to put my pun in and it says I have subscribed for tonight. There is no warning and it seems like a scam, I would like for it to be cancelled for tonight and refunded any payments.

Sorry to hear of the unexpected subscription of the adult PPV content.

We would need to advise that the entering of your PIN number on the remote control - which would need to be done twice would be authorisation for Virgin Media to provide and charge you for this content.

We would therefore advise that the charges would be valid.

We would need to advise that the requirement to add the pin number twice would serve as a request to confirm if you're happy with the purchase of the PPV content.
