Additional Charge Not Known About

Joining in

I have noticed an additional charge for a feature (18) that I am unaware of and no one in my household is aware of. On the phone to VM and they can't advise what it was for, only that it was an 18 film ordered on 23rd Feb. Then asked if they could confirm which box it was ordered on, to which they kept me on hold for a further 25 minutes before hanging up. Any help?
