I was wondering how can I request the refund after my final bill is showing the account in credit.
I am not able to find any complaint form.

We're sorry to hear you've decided to cancel your services. Once the disconnection has been processed, all refunds are processed automatically. You do not need to request it.
If you are due a refund this will be sent 35 days after your disconnection date. If your Direct Debit remains active then the refund will be paid into your bank account directly. If you cancel the Direct Debit then we would send a cheque to the account address.
