Account problem - change registered holder

Good Morning, I need to find out how to speak someone who deals with potential account cancellation. My problem is that many years ago my son while he was still at school set up a virgin media account for TV and internet. I have always paid the bills,my son left home years ago and can not remember any login details for this account.This is now causin me massive problems when a fault or query occurs as I cannot login. I need to get the account altered to make the registered holder. So far no one I have spoken, whatsApped has managed to help.

Thanks for popping back on our community.

Sorry to hear you're having difficulty accessing the online account.

From here it wouldn't be possible to pass security or offer access the online account with anyone other then the named account holder.

In your case your son can either join our community and post the same question. or he can try the forgotten password option though his online account 

If he still has access to the same email address that was used to set this up, than it will be straightforward.

Regarding the potential account cancellation this would also need to be requested by the account holder.
