Hello, hopefully someone here can help, I've spent so long on the phone to the call centre, I'm in fear of losing my marbles.
Recently rented out my flat and have VM installed since January. Unfortunately my tenant took it upon herself to call VM about taking over the account and someone has sent her out new equipment. This seems to have stopped my account being active and I now can't login.
Would someone be able to preserve my sanity by contacting me to assist?

What's happening exactly when you try signing in to your My Virgin Media account here? If your e-mail address and/or password are not being recognised, what stage are you able to get up to when clicking on the "Forgot your email address?" and "Forgot your password?" links?

Hi Daniel
Cannot login, then when I try to reset password it says 'this account is inactive ' or words to that effect, and I cannot reset the password.
One of the operators said the account was closed due to non payments,which should not be the case but I believe someone has mistakenly closed the account.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
