Account Holder Passed Away

Tuning in

My father who was the account holder recently passed away. I wish to transfere the account into my name and change the package from tv, broadband and telephone, to broadband only m125 speed. I am not happy about having to do this over the phone as there always seems to be a problem when dealing with you over the phone and i am not currently due to the berevement happy to do so. If you could let me know if this could be sorted out any other way please let me know.

Hi markib

Sorry to read of the recent bereavement, sending upliftment and strength to you and yours.

I've moved your post from the Natter forum to the Managing your account forum as VM Staff seldom check the natter/chatter forums.

You can download and complete VM's Bereavement Transfer form and email it back to them, the email address is on the form, although that form does state if you want to make changes to the services at the same time that you should call them.

Since you've understandably said you're not happy to use the phone at present  I've escalated this post to Forum Staff to see if they can help, so they should pick this up on Thursday. (It normally takes them a day or two pick up threads)
