43" LG SMART TV

I took out a package with Virgin when they were offering a free 43" smart tv in May 2024. After 45 days of my contract I was told that the TV will be delivered to me in 10 working days. I waited 3 weeks and no sign of any TV or any email. I then decided to contact virgin media and to my surprise I was told that no such deal existed I have confirmation email from virgin media dated 27 May 2024 clearly stating the deal I had taken out and the offer of the 43" LG smart tv.. I had advised that I have confirmation of the deal and that I had only taken this deal/package solely on the basis of the free TV. I was told that this will be looked into and some one will get back to me.

It has now been over 6 months and no sign of any TV or any response from any one !!!!!!

Sorry to hear of your concerns about a TV welcome gift that wasn't received. 

It wouldn't be possible at this stage now to be sent the TV but usually, these deals say gift or a bill credit. 

Was this deal directly from Virgin or did you use a third-party site that was offering this deal?

The deal was directly from Virgin media, advertised on virgin media website..

Like I have mentioned before after signing up to the deal  I was sent a email from virgin with all the details that clearly shows the offer of the TV.. 

The only reason for me to sign up to the deal was due to the offer or else I was getting better deals elsewhere. I still have the email for proof and also I would still want Virgin to honour there deal or I will be taking this matter further.
