I closed my contract with VM back in June since I left the UK. I had about 100 quid worth of credit on the account and it still wasn't refunded.
Called them a few months ago, they told me that they send a cheque to my home address (when I told them I'm moving out ). Then again, they told me, ok, will refund via bank transfer.
Question. VM, where is my money? Thanks

Hi @happyclover thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.
Usually, a bank transfer is only something we can do if the Direct Debit is kept active, if the Direct Debit isn't active then a bank transfer isn't possible under normal circumstances
