Hey, I'm going to be splitting my time between 2 properties and wondered if there was an easy way to run 2 accounts side by side. TIA

thank you for reaching out to us here, welcome to the community.

Yes, it is perfectly possible to have two accounts at two different addresses. I should be clear and say that this would be two separate accounts and therefore two separate bills. You would be paying twice.

If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

If you are on a mobile/tablet device then click on the little circle icon in the top right  and then select 'Messages'.

Hi VM-Jon,

I'm having a similar issue. I have 2 separate broadband accounts at 2 separate properties, but when I try to set up an online account for the newest contract, I keep getting taken back to my original account. Please can you help me with this?
