On our wavelength

In the bumph that came in with the new landline connector, it showed an address for SilentGard and game a .com address to set call blocking up. 
there’s just one problem, the silentgard.com address doesn’t work!

has anyone had this problem and have you found a solution?

Why send out in incorrect information a year later!

The website does not work because there is no DNS registration or A record for silentgard.com.
Go to any online DNS lookup service on the web and try to find silentgard.com, https://dnschecker.org/ for instance, where you can choose which DNS server to use. Nothing.
Please stop blaming end users for the problem. We should not be the ones trying to contact SilentGard. It's Virgin's responsibility to ensure the service Virgin is promoting actually exists.
Reports of the problem go back over 6 months but Virgin have still not corrected the leaflet information.
