Morning. My 86yr old mum has a landline which is not working. We rang virgin last night who said nearest appointment would be Monday. I woke up this morning to a message saying an engineer would be going. I had to cancel as I couldn’t get to her house to let her know and it said between 8 and 12. Is there any other way to book another appointment without going through all the phone call again. We need this fixing as she has no other way for us to contact her and i need to be there for the engineer.
