My Parents need use of a life line as dad has Alzheimer’s and mum disabled this is essential for them ! The life line social services has fitted for them is on the main Virgin line in the hall way the new part sent we cannot connect as the hub is in an upstairs room !!
they also have multiple handsets around the house all connected to this one line again essential
please help as mum worried they will have no phone service after 8 November ! How can this be resolved!
