I had a residential account, then changed over to a Business account. I was told by the guy I spoke to on the phone that I can have my residential account transferred straight over to a Business account and that this shall take place as soon as I plug ny new router in. (All calls get recorded so I'm sure you will be able to go back and listen to the phone call between us).
This was not the case as I have since been getting billed for 2 accounts, when if the guy on the phone had told me this would happened I would have waited the last few months for my contract to have ended. How can I possible have 2 accounts at once? I have now had a default payment added to my credit score that has took me years to build up. I have 4 mobile phone contracts with 02 and been with Virgin for over 4 years and this is not how I expect to be treated. I hope we can get this resolved.

I'm very sorry to hear that you've had some complications with a residential and business account. We would only be able to help with any issues related to the former from here. For a business account, you'd need to speak with Virgin Media Business directly.
