    Hello,

    Thank you all for your patience whilst we worked on fixing the ghost call issue. Our Support Team have deployed a fix this morning, please restart your Hubs to allow the fix to take affect and let us know if you're still experiencing issues.

yes several channels start with breaking up and pixelating and eventually getting worse then some just go blank mainly sky arts channel. thanks for reply any way,

Sorry to hear of the TV service issues TKD, you mentioned Sky Arts as one of the effected channels. What other channels does this happen with? Is it across both SD and HD channels?

    hello rob was breaking up on nearly every channel I tried, but sky art was the worst eventually going blank screen but as I told Natalie above I rebooted box and so far so good.
