    Hello,

    Thank you all for your patience whilst we worked on fixing the ghost call issue. Our Support Team have deployed a fix this morning, please restart your Hubs to allow the fix to take affect and let us know if you're still experiencing issues.

I actually get annoyed to see people posting on this thread.  This has been a year now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Lets face it Virgin are incapable of solving this problem.   I bet if we went to media about this it would soon be fixed. 

 

Roll on end of contract ,  I will be off to cityfibre.    I'm on virgins top tier package , IE one of their most valuable customers as are many that post in this thread yet we just keep being fobbed off by the same old copy paste nonsense that's been going on for 1 year !

I have reported this to CEO (Lutz.Schueler), Ombudsman, BBC (Morning Live, Rip-off Britain, Watchdog etc), asked for senior manager review, all to automated response of " we can't respond to individuals" and "we may or may not pick this up" or direct "nil" response.  Even wrote to Richard Branson last week.  The reality is - no-one give a damn - we are only sheep to be Shawn. - and you can bet your bottom dollar they won't be slow at imposing the price rise at the end of the month!
