My son's xbox one was connected and working fine. I paused the connection on the app and now it won't connect to wireless WiFi. If it is connected by Ethernet to the modem it works fine. Everytime we try we get the error DNS isn't resolving Xbox server names. Please help

Is it impractical to leave it connected by ethernet (that would be more reliable than WiFi)?
Otherwise, I would suggest deleting the WiFi connection on the X-box completely and setting it up again from scratch.

Login the Hub at 192.168.0.1 and remove the MAC address block. The VM app can be a bit flaky at times. It’s more reliable to use the admin console on the Hub than the app.
