For the past week or so. I am unable to logon-on to webmail to access my emails.
It just keeps on loading no error or time out. I have tried from both Safari or Chrome, I have cleared the cache, rebooted, but still the same.
What i have noticed though, this is only when connected to virgin media wifi, if I connect to 4/5G then I can log-on and access my emails. I have noticed the same on my phone, checking/downloading emails takes ages, but if I switched to mobile data emails download fine

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with viewing your webmail over our WIFI.
Do you have any virus software running on your device?
Are you solely connected to our WIFI and not a 3rd party route set up?
Are other websites loading okay?

Hi Gareth the issue seems to have resolved itself. It was playing up for a week or 2.
To answer your question, non antivirus running, and other websites were working fine. As I explained it was only on the virgin wifi no 3rd party. It was working fine with 5g (vodafone).
