ntlworld emails deleted without warning

Hi,

i have to ntlworld email addresses that have been removed without warning (the email addresses are used daily and i have not seen any emails regarding this). They were my logins for virgin media which means i can no longer login (as they are not seen as a valid email address). i also don't have a virgin phone number or my account number to hand (as everything is digital now and in the deleted email accounts), cant remember my memorable word as it was made 20 years ago,.

Made contact, the chat automated agent drove me out of my mind (there's no go back option!) and not helpful, the move to watsapp was weird, another automated agent,. the real person couldn't help (and was slow!) the memorable word form wouldn't open properly on my iphone 12 mini showing a blank page.

i phoned the help number, again automated messages caught in a loop of tell me your phone number tell me you account number, until i'm not sure why but i was released to another audio automated agent. finally i got to speak to a person, who was very helpful and ended by saying this is happening to a lot of people, i will send you a link to a page where you will be able to get temporary access to your account to retrieve you emails but only one of they because she can't see the other.

I can't see anywhere to retrieve my email on there?

before i give up on virgin media and call it a complete loss (and if i can get through to anyone cancel everything i have for fear of in the future never being able to communicate anyone at virgin media them again), can anyone offer any hope or assistance to this situation?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue accessing your email address. Can you please confirm if you have an active VM broadband connection? 

If so, this is certainly something we can help with however if not, then as per the terms & conditions of the email service, after the broadband has been disconnected for 90 days, the email address would be terminated.
